Writers are nothing without readers.

Just a quick post tonight.

I’d like to express my sincere gratitude to all those who have downloaded, supported and shared R&M File #5. Tonight is the first time one of my books has broken into the top 1000 on Amazon sales chart. Currently it is @ #989 and I’m chuffed to bits.

Sincere thanks to all.

Writers are nothing without readers.

  1. Your success is well-deserved Oliver – the R&M books have gone from strength to strength I think!!! As a recent ‘discoverer’ of you, I just want MORE!!!! have read everything you’ve written now – roll on more of everything!!!!

  2. I’ve ordered it and noted my diary but it’s still a month to go !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Maybe I need to re read 1 to 4 again while I’m waiting

Sometimes I wish I’d just discovered you and had all of the books waiting for me to read them instead of it being me waiting for you to write them.

I’ve really enjoyed every book and have re read most of them too so I can’t wait for the end of the month . As soon as it arrives on my Kindle it’ll be drop everything to spend a little time with Romney and Marsh or do I wait and enjoy the anticipation?
Not very likely so then I’ll be annoyed with myself once I’ve read it because then I’ll be waiting again for you to write another one.

Thanks so much for your most encouraging comment. I’ve been reminded over the last couple of days what wonderfully supportive readers I have. As a writer it’s a great feeling to know I’m doing something right.
Thanks, too, for your pre-order of R&M#5. I hope it doesn’t disappoint.
      Best wishes.

      • Disappoint ? ~I don’t think so!!!!!
Having read all of your books the only disappointment is when I get to the end of one.
Sometimes I wish I didn’t read so fast so that the enjoyment would last longer
I believe there are courses to help read faster I wonder if there are any to help slow down reading speed

Sorry for my delay. I missed your reply somewhere along the line.
Just wanted to let you know that I sincerely appreciate your support and encouragement. Maybe I just need to write faster. πŸ™‚
        Best wishes.

  3. Just finished your latest, Particular Stupidities, and once again thoroughly enjoyed your writing skills, with strong, amusing characterisations and a storyline that had me glued till the end! Having now read ALL your books, will try and be patient till your next … R&M; B&C; AS … which it be?

    • Hi Andrea
Thanks so much for your ongoing support of my writing and another great comment and rating on Amazon. It is all sincerely appreciated. Good to know that you enjoyed this latest outing for R&M. I had a lot of fun writing it.
Next up will be….R&M#6. I hope to then return to the other two series. I’ve set myself a target of three books before next summer. Gulp!
      Best wishes and thanks again.
