The rest of the world knows that Brits think they are the centre of the universe! Of course the Yanks think the same. maybe the offer should be on Amazon USA as well?

Of course, you are right in all you say. I wouldn’t want any of my readers outside the Amazon UK catchment to feel snubbed in any way, although I see now that by not making the same offer on Amazon US some might feel like that. That wasn’t my intention. I shall look at doing something about it.
